Scholarship A Child
While we do everything we can to keep the cost of our classes and vacation programs low, there are students that attend SSST who are unable to afford the cost of tuition. We at South Shore School of Theatre do not want to deny any child the right to learn and grow as actors and technical artists, so each year we provide scholarships for those in need of financial assistance. We cannot accomplish this without the generosity of donors who are as passionate about our students, our school, and theatre as we are. If you wish to donate, send us a check in the mail with "Student Scholarship Fund" written in the note section to:

Donate Old Clothing
Is it that time of year to clean out your child/teen's closet and get rid of those articles of clothing they don't want or have outgrown? Before you dispose of those items, please give us a call or send us an email and we can take them off of your hands to use as costume pieces for our shows! We will sort through them, and anything that we find we do not need we will donate! Please feel free to drop them off during our office hours.
Volunteer to Sew
Do you know how to sew? We would love to have your creative help! If you would like to volunteer your time to us, we will provide all of the materials you need to help improve our costume collection! if you are interested, call us at (434) 989-1632 or email us at info@southshoreschooloftheatre.com
Volunteer to Build
Are you good with your hands? Do you have any exprerience with building? We are looking for people to build small boxes and even help with set construction!
